Florian Millner

I have been a criminal defence attorney at Richter since 2023. Previously, I worked for several years at the renowned commercial law firm Gleiss Lutz in the areas of dispute resolution and compliance. There, I advised companies as well as private individuals and represented them in court. Through my involvement in complex internal investigations I gained profound practical experience in the investigation of compliance issues.

I completed my doctorate on a special topic of capital market law with Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Werner F. Ebke at the University of Heidelberg after studying in Heidelberg and Strasbourg. I gained international experience and intercultural competence during my studies in France and through practical work in law firms in Argentina and Slovakia.

Besides German and English, I also speak Spanish and have basic knowledge of French.
